Birthday Card #2

Okay so that's not the most creative title, I'll do better next time.

So here is birthday card #2 using stamps by Jane's Doodles and Technique Tuesday, with a background assist from Hero Arts Envelope Pattern.

I have no idea what that cupcake would taste like, but those sure are some mighty bold colors!
I'm pretty sure I used Copics to color the cupcake...I neglected to write down my process on this one.
Did a bit of stamping inside the card:

  1. Lovin' that cupcake (and the sentiment!). Everytime I see a cupcake card, I hanker for one! (Does anyone say hanker anymore?)

  2. Yummy! And thanks for using that sentiment - I LOVE it, but forget about it, and I needed something special for a card I was working on - this was just the thing! C

Counting down the days until CHA?

  3. Nancy, love your sentiment background!!!! Cupcake looks scrumptious :)

Beautiful card - makes me want to have a cupcake too, Judy!

  4. That background is fantastic! Great verse for a birthday. I love the black scallop, it works so well with the main sentiment and bold cupcake.

  5. What a perfect card - love the bold colors and the perfect sentiment. The inside is a special treat. Another true winner, Nancy!

  6. a lovely bright cupcake. Plus love the sentiment.

  7. Fab card, Nancy! Love how you did the background using the sentiment stamp.

  8. Love how you used the sentiment in both the bg and the foreground! Those are some bold colors but I'll bet they would taste great in person:)

Thanks for your comments, I love hearing from you!
