So here is birthday card #2 using stamps by Jane's Doodles and Technique Tuesday, with a background assist from Hero Arts Envelope Pattern.
I have no idea what that cupcake would taste like, but those sure are some mighty bold colors!
I'm pretty sure I used Copics to color the cupcake...I neglected to write down my process on this one.

That background is fantastic! Great verse for a birthday. I love the black scallop, it works so well with the main sentiment and bold cupcake.
